A: The LBV Wine Box is a subscription box filled with wine and gifts. The box was created to treat yo self or a friend to fun, cute things and of course, enjoy some wine!
Q: What is included in the subscription box?
A: The regular subscription box includes one bottle of Les Bourgeois Vineyards wine while the deluxe box includes two bottles. (You pick your wine preference of dry, sweet or surprise me!) Both boxes also include full-sized gift items that are fun, cute and delicious. Every box will have a retail value minimum of $60 value with a $75 value minimum for deluxe boxes.
Q: How do you select the items in the box?
A: We work with a variety of vendors to showcase fun and interesting items that give our subscribers a way to taste, serve, and enjoy their favorite beverages. And because wine is meant to be shared with food we will also share recipes and sample food items along with our boutique wares to complement your experience. Our favorites include stationary, candles, barware, textiles, and more because you deserve to treat yo self!

Q: What are the subscription options?
A: You can sign up for the month-to-month subscription where you receive a box monthly until you cancel. Or, you can sign up for the 3 month subscription, pay upfront and save 50% off your first box.
Q: How much is the LBV Wine Box?
A: Month-to-month (standard) – $52/month (min value of $60)
Month-to-month (deluxe) – $65/month (min value of $75)
3 month (standard) – $130 total for all three months
3 month (deluxe) – $162.50 total for all three months
Q: When will the LBV Wine Box be shipped?
A: The LBV Wine Box will be shipped on the 5th of the month or the next closest business day.
Q: Can I pick the type of wine I want in my LBV Wine Box?
A: Yes, you can select to receive dry, sweet or a surprise. If you decide you want to change your selection please contact our Tasting Room team at 800-690-1830 or email email@example.com.
Q: I loved the wines in my order. Can I purchase more?
A: Absolutely! We have our available wines on our online store at www.missouriwine.com /shop or you may visit our Tasting Room where we also offer case discounts.
Q: Is there sales tax on my order?
A: The Boone County sales tax rate of 5.98% will be applied to orders shipped to the state of Missouri and picked up at the Les Bourgeois Tasting Room.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: While we hope that you love your subscription and won’t want to cancel, we know it may happen. You can cancel by calling our Tasting Room team at 800-690-1830 or email email@example.com by the last day of the month to cease the following month’s shipment.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Every LBV wine box ships FREE. If you prefer to pick up your monthly subscription box you may do that and receive a free $5 gift card each month.
Q: What states do you ship to?
A: We currently ship at all states in the United States EXCEPT Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont.
Q: Does there have to be a person 21 years of age or older to sign for the shipment?
A: Yes, an adult 21 or older is required by law to sign on all orders.
Q: What if the products are damaged or missing?
A: We do our best to pack the boxes as securely as possible in hopes that this won’t happen. But if it does, please contact our Tasting Room team at 800-690-1830 or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to make things right.
Q: Are you able to ship to P.O. Boxes?
A: No, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to the signature requirement.

A: For the first box your card will be charged at the time of purchase. For all subsequent boxes your card will be charged the first of the month prior to box shipment.
