      • Clear tables efficiently and reset them for future guests

Line Cook

  • Essential Functions:
    • Prepares and produce food items needed in both catering and restaurant needs.
    • Works closely with line cooks, Sous chefs and catering chefs to create and finish prep production lists at a timely and efficient manner.
    • Assists catering chef to cook catering menu items in all events as well as cross training on various stations on the line.
    • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
    • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
    • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
    • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
    • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
    • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
    • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

  • Essential Functions:
    • The bartender’s primary focus is to pour wine and mix drinks and other beverages of high quality while ensuring that every guest receives friendly, expedient service.
    • Excellent communication skills a must
    • Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages
    • Ability to multi-task and work in a very busy environment
    • Working knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
    • Maintaining inventory and bar supplies: Ice, garnishes, cups, lids, straws etc.
    • Maintain a sanitary and fully stocked environment

  • Essential Functions:
    • The server’s primary goal is to create a fine dining experience for each of our Guests at Les Bourgeois Bistro.
    • Serving our guests our fine food and beverages and presenting the check, all in a timely and professional manner.
    • Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
    • 20-30 Hours a week
    • Job Type: Part-time
    • Salary: $4.30 /hour

FOH Manager

  • Job Description
    • Directly supervise all elements of guest services for FOH and maintain cost accounting for labor & Beverage costs.
    • Aggressively pursue keeping a profitable number of covers to maximize our seasonal customer traffic flow.  
    • Use exceptional conflict resolution and logistic skills to direct customers and staff in a full capacity service environment. 

     

    Essential Functions:

    • Aid in development and monitoring of operations for each of the department’s revenue outlets; 
    • Monitoring and administering and any corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget and cost goals are maintained
    • Assures that all standard operating procedures for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized
    • Purchasing and receiving orders for products to ensure quality and pricing
    • Approve and code all product invoices before submitting to the accounting department
    • Inspects to ensure that all safety, sanitation, energy management, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met
    • Audits and approves weekly payroll
    • Cooperation with marketing department to develop sales and promotions
    • Support and cooperatively develop menus proposed with the Culinary Team. 
    • Manage the long-range staffing needs of the Front of House.
    • Maintains appearance, upkeep and cleanliness of all service and beverage equipment for bistro and Bistro Patio facilities
    • Greets guests and oversees actual service on a routine, random basis
    • Ensure checks and balances of food presentation and portions
    • Cooperatively assist Private Dining director including event execution sales and guest relations when necessary.
    • Collaborate with Executive Chef & Private Dining on corrective actions regarding guest complaints
    • Maintains and improves  on-going professional development and training programs for  FOH
    • Ordering products for guest consumption, including: wine, beer, and liquor
    • Administering disciplinary action, including: write-ups and terminations
    • Job Type: Full-time
    • Salary: $35,000 – $40,000
