We would like to invite you to our first Rewards Program Dinner.
This is a dinner series that we will put on at The Bistro to say thank you to members of our rewards program and to invite our guests who aren’t yet members to join. Each course will feature seasonal dishes that showcase our local purveyors and will be presented by the chefs to explain the featured ingredients and flavors as well as our wines.
You do not need to be a member to attend this dinner, we simply would like to invite those that do attend to join!
This dinner features a three course meal paired with wine for each course. We will host a cocktail hour starting at 5pm followed by a single seating at 6pm in which the chefs will present each course to our guests as well as the paired wines.
Each ticket will cost $65 per person and includes gratuity and tax.

Main Course
Surf and Turf
10oz. Bavette steak, savory crab soufflé, steamed broccolini, smoked crab butter
Paired with Red Blend
Dessert Course
Apple Butter Custard Tarte
Pot sucre, vanilla bean custard, house apple butter, streusel top
