-14+ Hour Texas-style smoked brisket, thick sliced. Seasoned with salt, pepper, and dusted with our house brisket finish
Smoked Chicken – Legs and Thighs
-Smoked chicken quarters rubbed in a house blend of herbs and spices
Smoked STL Style Ribs
-6-Hour STL-style smoked pork ribs coated in a house mustard and pork rub, smoked, then grilled with KC-style BBQ sauce
Dogs and Brats
-Smoked hot dogs and bratwurst served with buns and accouterments
Homestyle Mac N’ Cheese
-Classic Mac n’ Cheese with a mix of sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, and muenster all topped with cheese and bread crumbs

-Pit-style mixed beans simmered with onion, peppers, and herbs, then hickory smoked
