Join us on Valentine’s Day for a romantic 4 course meal featuring live harp music, a complementary Brut toast, and sunset views of the Missouri River.
Our Chefs have thoughtfully crafted a fixed menu for the evening which features:
– Amuse Bouche: Smoked pork belly with crisped skin glazed with honey and served with tangy mustard and sweet KC-style barbeque sauce.
– Salad: Mixed greens dressed in red wine vinaigrette, served with cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, shaved carrots, and thinly sliced shallots all layered in a focaccia crouton cone
– Entrée: Lobster mousse raviolo in a spiced tomato butter sauce with chunks of lobster, green onions, diced tomatoes, and peas
– Dessert: Chocolate hazelnut torte glazed with chocolate ganache & topped with fresh strawberries
Dinner is $96 per person. Taxes and gratuity are included.
Seatings are available at 5:00, 6:00, 7:00, and 8:00.
