Columbia, MO born and Glasgow, MO raised. Augusta is known to always be singing at any opportunity she can find. She started playing the saxophone through middle school. But that wasn’t enough, so she went on and worked all summer and bought her first electric bass in 2012. Since then Augusta has been learning and testing her abilities with sound and music.
Augusta writes original songs on bass guitar (upright/electric), piano, guitar, ukulele and vocals. Since August 2020, she began studying with Loyd Warden, the owner of A-Frame recording / Percussion Logic LLC. He has helped to guide studies and explain the early styles of Jazz, Blues, Soul, etc. Together, they have been able to re-create timeless classics in our modern world and can’t wait to share!
Summer Music on The Blufftop is back! Enjoy delicious sips and light eats at The A-Frame Winegarden, while taking in the beauty of nature and sounds of summer. Summer Music on The Blufftop will take place at The A-Frame every Sunday at 5:00pm starting May 29, 2022 through September 25, 2022, weather permitting. With a mix of genres, we have something everyone will enjoy. Admission is free and this is an all-ages show.
