Collector’s Series: 2025 Chardonel

A warm, golden-colored Chardonel grown on the Les Bourgeois Vineyards estate showcases the best of 100% local Missouri fruit. The nose is expressive and layered, offering notes of vanilla and butter alongside ripe pineapple, guava, and banana. Secondary hints of fresh lemon and a subtle grassy notes evoke the scents of summer. On the palate, the wine is rounded and full-bodied, with gentle acidity providing balance to its creamy texture. The finish is smooth, fruit-driven, and softly lingering. This wine is a classic for wine and cheese pairings, particularly with soft cheeses like Boursin or Brie. Residual Sugar 0.0%. Final Alcohol: 12.60%.

This series is made with only the best grapes and is considered our highest quality and most unique wines released each year. We hold a wine label art competition every year and a jury of our staff, local artists, art gallery professionals, and wine industry members select the winners.
