Collector’s Series: 2025 Crimson Cabernet

Inky purple in the glass, this Missouri Crimson Cabernet opens with an assertive oaky bouquet. Aromas of fresh herbs, namely basil, dill, and tarragon, intermingle with a briny edge giving this wine a strikingly savory character. The palate brings depth with cassis and dark fruit accented by a faint perfumed quality giving the wine a long, layered, and intriguingly savory finish. This wine pairs excellently with a tarragon and chicken croquette, savory tart, or anything served with a bérnaise sauce. Residual Sugar: 0.0%. Final Alcohol: 12.30%
