This Collector’s Series 2023 Pinot Noir made
from fruit from Clarksburg, California is
especially special because it is the first ever
Pinot Noir made at Les Bourgeois Vineyards.
Our winemaking team took special care with
this wine, opting for a whole berry
fermentation creating aromas of cherry,
cassis, clove and warm spices.
It was aged in 100% french oak barrels
perfectly balancing its delicate tannins and
warm subdued character.
This classic expression of Pinot Noir grown in the warm
California climate, our Pinot Noir shows
pronounced fruit and gentle acidity which
softens during aging for a smooth vanilla
finish and velvet like texture. Pair it with duck
confit or a humble ham and emmenthaler
sandwich, this wine is an excellent
accompaniment to most classic comfort
foods, and most importantly, chocolate!
