Les Bourgeois Vineyards’ winemaker Jacob Holman crafted rich dessert wines from two great Missouri grapes; then Jacob and Doug Frost, MS, MW blended this exciting marriage of Traminette and Valvin Muscat to pair perfectly with The Molière Cake from André’s Confiserie Suisse.
