The A-Frame Winegarden at Les Bourgeois Vineyards has been a premier mid-Missouri destination for over three decades.
Originally purchased in 1974 by Curtis and Martha Bourgeois, this rustic, A-Frame structure overlooks the Missouri River near Rocheport. The area underwent extensive renovations including expansive patio seating, then opened to the public as a beautiful outdoor wine garden, restaurant, and the original location of Les Bourgeois Winery. Maintaining its convenient location just ten miles west of Columbia off I-70, The A-Frame is open seasonally.
Visitors can enjoy their favorite Les Bourgeois Vineyards libations, shareable picnic-style menu options, and an unbeatable blufftop view. Join us for the regular live music featuring local and regional musicians. The A-Frame restaurant serves up picnic-style fare for a scenic weekend lunch, afternoon snack, or shareable dinner.
There are two covered areas to enjoy as open seating when available, or you can book them for your next celebration. Whatever special event you may be hosting, The A-Frame is a great location for gathering with your favorite people. From baby showers, to birthdays, and everything in between, there’s no better backdrop than the view from the blufftop. Catering is available for events booked at The A-Frame.

A short drive ten miles west of Columbia, The A-Frame is the perfect location for a quick getaway to the beautiful scenery as part of The Blufftop at Rocheport experience.
Just past The Bistro and our Norton vineyards off Highway BB rests The A-Frame, an outdoor wine garden. Visitors can park at the top of the hill, there is also accessible parking directly next to The A-Frame. Enjoy a picturesque stroll toward the river to our quaint structure and beautiful, expansive tiered patio resting upon the bluffs of the mighty Missouri. Grab your favorite people and join us on The Blufftop to enjoy a bottle of wine, have a bite, and make some memories, all while taking in the best view in Rocheport. Whether you decide to sit at one of our many picnic tables on the perimeter or choose a spot on the patio – there isn’t a bad seat in the house.
