Always a staple in our Collector’s Series, our 2021 Syrah pours a stunning garnet color with a decadent aroma of black currant, fig, and marzipan. The palate is smooth and soft with dark fruit notes of blackberry bolstered by the delicate tannin structure. This exceptionally well aged and balanced wine ends with subtle herbaceous notes of fennel and spearmint. Easy to sip on its own, it also pairs well with Kansas City BBQ and charcuterie.
