This beautiful ruby wine vollies aromatics of sour cherries, red delicious apples, and notes of vanilla from the glass. Full-bodied with medium tannin and acidity, on the palate, this wine exhibits bright evergreen, spruce, and cardamom notes.
Howell mountain is one of the best parts of the Valley because of a high elevation. That leads to cooler temperatures, particularly at night. In the 2022 vintage, the rest of the valley reached temperatures above 110°, but because of the Vineyards high elevation, it was protected from that impact.
Wines from Howell are big bold and expressive. They feature bright fruit character, prominent Oak elements, and savory flavors. Despite that, they are well structured, and Balanced and age for decades.
