Made from fresh pressed grape juice and brandy, it has the delicate sweetness of natural grape sugar that is exceptionally balanced with the bright, lively acidity of Vivant. The lengthy 4.5 years in oak lends vin de liqueur classic aged notes of walnut and honey, but with a bright finish of lemon zest. This wine would pair perfectly with fruit desserts such as lemons bars or key lime pie.
